The EP20AU pump continuously reads the client's weight distribution and adjusts cell inflation pressure automatically — ensuring optimal therapeutic pressure is maintained as the client repositions, even during sleep.

Position Detection Technology
Integrated position sensors detect when the client moves to a lateral, supine or elevated position. The system adapts its air cycle accordingly — providing appropriate off-loading regardless of bed angle or positioning aids in use.
PowerGuard™
12-Hour Battery Backup
Built-in rechargeable battery automatically activates during mains power interruptions, maintaining full alternating air therapy for up to 12 hours — critical for clients with Stage 3–4 pressure injuries where any lapse in therapy can cause immediate harm.
