1. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of Mind Returns: Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase; however, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in brand new, resealable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Assistive Team reserves the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund.

2. Warranty & Defective Items

  • Items with defects or faults unrelated to misuse may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Customers must report faulty products within a reasonable time frame and provide proof of purchase.

3. Order Processing & Payments

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Assistive Team is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of our products.
