Simply place the opener on the lid, press the button and the unit walks around the rim, stopping automatically. For cans larger than 3.5 in, press again to complete the cut, then lift the device to remove the lid. Its compact 6.5" × 2.5" size stores easily, runs on two AA batteries and cleans with a damp cloth.
